ALLERGEN GUIDE
At NAZ, we believe everyone deserves to enjoy a thoughtful meal with confidence. We prepare our food from scratch using high-quality, intentionally sourced ingredients, and we're happy to help guests navigate our menu.
Common Allergens
Our menu may contain or come into contact with the following allergens:
Milk (Dairy)
Eggs
Wheat (Gluten)
Soy
Peanuts
Tree Nuts (including cashews, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, and coconut*)
Sesame
Fish
Shellfish
Mustard
*While coconut is classified as a tree nut by the FDA, many people with tree nut allergies can safely consume coconut. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.
Cross-Contamination Notice
Although we take great care in preparing every dish, our kitchen is not an allergen-free facility. Ingredients are prepared and cooked in shared spaces using shared equipment, utensils, fryers, grills, cutting boards, and cookware. As a result, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens or cross-contact.
Guests with severe allergies or celiac disease should inform their server before ordering so we can discuss available options and preparation methods with our kitchen staff.
Guests with severe food allergies or medical dietary needs should use their own judgment when dining with us. NAZ assumes no responsibility for adverse reactions to food consumed or items one may come into contact with while dining at our restaurant.
Dietary Preferences
We proudly offer a variety of dishes that can accommodate many dietary lifestyles, including:
Gluten-conscious options
Vegetarian dishes
Vegan-friendly selections
Dairy-free options
Please note that modifications may not be possible for every dish, as some ingredients are prepared in advance to preserve authenticity and quality.
